 | “Lori began her photography business just after my daughter began planning her wedding. Leah and I attended a wedding show in St Louis and hired a photographer (and put money down); not long after that, Lori got her business up and running; however, she had already asked if she could take pictures at Leah's wedding just as a friend. The professional photographer that I had hired was so impressed with Lori at the wedding and reception that he ended up asking her for *her* business card! Lori left the church before the other photographer and she was able to capture a lot of pictures that the paid photographer didn't get of the reception area. And Lori was able to get a lot of personal pictures of Leah before the wedding that the other photographer wasn't able to get! When we got all the pictures back from both photographers, I have to say that Lori's pictures were better than what we paid for! She has a lot a good and current ideas! Lori also made Leah's 'save-the-date' cards which were so professionally done that I've had several people since the wedding ask for the photographer's name and number. I know that a lot of times it's not a good idea to mix business with friendship; but I'd trust her to take my second daughter's wedding pictures!”
