This evening was gorgeous and, pretty much a photographer’s dream. Morning and evening light are both yummy times to photograph and we were not disappointed this particular evening at the park. What an absolutely gorgeous day for family pictures it was! Nice, calm and just around 80 degrees. Not your typical St. Louis summer day, although it was welcomed. We had a great time with the Haug family at the park. This was actually the first time they have ever had family pictures so it was extra special and I was so honored to be their first photographer! A precious family for sure. Thank you for allowing me to capture priceless images of your family and the love you all share.

We had so much fun on this beautiful summer day capturing images of mom and kids for dad. He will be traveling for his job and they want to send him off with some images to make him feel closer to home. What an amazing idea! They were so much fun and we got some incredible images. Can’t wait for them to see all of the images we got next week! Thank you Amy, Charlie and Amanda…you guys rock!

We had so much fun with the ‘C’ Family…the heat didn’t even deter us…too much! They wanted to get family portraits done before their daughter left for her first year in college. What a sweet, sweet family. I was honored to be a part of creating the memories.
They grow up so fast...almost in the blink of an eye!

As a way to say “thank you” for the many sacrifices military families make to keep our country free, we are thrilled to offer the “I’ll Be Seeing You” Promotion. Any family who currently has a member of the armed forces, who will be deploying to foreign soil, is eligible for a FREE Family Lifestyles Session PLUS a $100 print credit to be applied toward any of our collections to capture all of the love and the emotions associated with the impending departure. A large part of the session must be photographed with the military personnel in uniform/fatigues, however they may also have a portion of the session taken in civilian clothing too. We will also require that the military I.D. and deployment orders be shown prior to the session. If you know of a family who will have someone deploying soon or your family will have an immediate member deploying, pass the word. This promotion will run from August 1 through October 31, 2010. We look forward to giving back even this little bit.
It was a first for me and the clients, but what a FUN time it was! We captured some incredible images, this is just one of many.
